Hillary Gavan
Before Hillary Gavan, 31, began begging for stories and gently-used clothing, she grew up in Sharon, Wis. She later traveled to Japan, Greece, Slovenia and Turkey, and received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa.
Her hobbies include crooning karaoke and asparagus picking. She loves black coffee, beef cattle, record players, overweight cats, Indian food and SueEllen Ewing on “Dallas.” She’s married to Brent, whom she met impersonating Hank Williams Jr. in a local bar. They had their first baby, Alya, in June.
